Comcast Xfinity is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Baltimore to engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through account options while hitting sales targets.

Bring energy and a customer-first mindset. A High School diploma is required, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Lift up to 25 pounds. Comcast offers Day-One benefits and a compensation package with base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay bills in the store.
• Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of products and competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive store environment.
