Job summary

HP Retail Sales Associate in Brooklyn, NY, is a part-time role with hourly pay of $19.00 plus a weekly performance bonus. Hours top out at 15 per week with flexible weekday shifts and some weekends required.

The position involves demonstrating HP products in Best Buy stores, engaging customers, and building rapport with store staff. New hires receive paid online training, daily pay options via DailyPay, and a $25 monthly technology reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Escort customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections and build confidence in purchases.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
