Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy stores and engage customers with demonstrations.
• Build rapport with customers and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Report and share competitive insights to Retail Operations.
