Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with HP, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for Best Buy in Saint Peters, MO. This part-time role offers $17.00 per hour plus a weekly performance bonus, with a schedule up to 15 hours per week, mainly Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Welcome customers and offer assistance and guidance.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Provide information on products and services to help decisions.
• Help customers make selections and build confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales; communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
