Job summary

HP Retail Sales Associate in Boulder, CO, part-time role with Best Buy and surrounding stores. You will demonstrate HP products, engage customers, and build rapport with store staff to drive awareness and sales.

Training is provided and flexible scheduling may apply based on location needs. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, reporting sales activity, maintaining demo-readiness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections and build confidence in choices.
• Document and report sales; communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized and presentable at all times.
