Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Retail Merchandising Specialist to visit assigned retail stores, audit and install electronics displays, and support in-store projects. You will travel within your territory, build relationships with store staff, and complete CP training.

The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and flexible 20 hours per week minimum, with potential weekend hours during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with store staff.
• Proficient in using a personal Android or Apple device with GPS to upload photos and report data.
• Must own a basic toolkit.
• Able to complete online training within required timeline.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores within the designated territory to complete visits.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones).
• Collaborate with teammates on 2–3 person projects (e.g., appliance or TV installs).
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments as directed by management and report on time from your mobile device.
• Complete Channel Partner certification and training for in-store support of Apple devices if applicable.
• Schedule and complete work per CP Standards and onboarding.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and transport to stores as needed.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
