2020 Companies is partnering with HP to hire a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate in Oxnard, CA, to work at Best Buy. You will demonstrate HP products, engage customers, and build rapport with store staff while meeting sales goals.

The role features an $18 per hour wage, weekly performance bonuses, flexible weekend scheduling, and online training. Eligible for daily pay and a $25 monthly technology reimbursement, with a focus on environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to needs.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers, store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
