ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for San Marcos, TX and surrounding areas. You will visit major retailers, ensure proper display setup, and report findings with photos. The role offers up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with no weekends or evenings.

Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, with higher rates for technical projects. W2 employment, weekly pay, and a 401(k) with company match are available, along with travel reimbursement and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or related retail work preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Tech-ready with internet access and a compatible mobile device.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Independent worker who can also collaborate with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to complete merchandising projects in the assigned territory.
• Ensure correct placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos after each visit.
