Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service Waynesville, NC 28786 and surrounding areas. You will visit stores, set up displays, maintain promotional setups, and troubleshoot merchandising issues to ensure accurate product presentation.

This role offers up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with daytime shifts and no weekends. Training is provided, and employees receive bi-weekly pay, a company 401(k) plan option, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work across multiple stores within an assigned territory.
• Comfort with using a smartphone/tablet to submit photos and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within an assigned territory to complete merchandising projects.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
• Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
