Job summary

Caring Transitions of Bonita Springs and Central Naples is seeking compassionate, reliable team members to help seniors and families during downsizing, packing, moving preparation, and estate sales. This on-site, part-time W2 position offers flexible hours and weekly pay, ideal for retirees, students, or anyone seeking meaningful, flexible work.

Typical shifts run 9:00 AM–2:00 PM with a paid lunch break. Start hourly based on experience; opportunity to grow with the team as you support Day One

Responsibilities

• Manage cleanout, auction and move teams including planning, scheduling, logistics, and supplies management.
• Maintain client management through move, cleanout and auction processes.
• Provide quality control and training of team members.
• Move and transport moving supplies and boxes within client homes.
• Sort, organize and pack household goods for moving or sale.
• Safely pack and unpack items for transport.
• Deliver items to thrift stores and assist with disposal of unwanted items.
• Be flexible and adaptable as two days vary.

What You’ll Do

• Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management
• Client management through the move, cleanout and auction process
• Provide quality control and training of team members
• Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
• Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
• Safely pack and unpack goods
• Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items
• And more, no 2 days are alike!
• Start hourly based on experience
