Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Part-time Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute to a positive day for customers.

You'll handle opening/closing duties, assist with member sign-ups and account management, maintain wash areas, and work outdoors in all weather. No prior experience required; a 60-day certification program starts day one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service, support sales and membership growth, assist with sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, identify preexisting conditions, operate wash equipment safely, communicate operational issues to team.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers, manage member accounts, stock/detail centers, maintain clean environment.
• General Duties: open/close procedures, keep tunnel clean, prepare towels and materials, maintain overall site safety and order.
