Job summary

Chick-fil-A Roanoke is seeking a dependable Team Member to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This part-time role includes paid training, leadership development, and cross-training across Front of House and Back of House.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, build teamwork and guest-service skills, and have opportunities for advancement. No prior experience required; must be 16+ and fluent in English. Saturdays availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items in a fast-paced environment.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Chick-fil-A standards.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and assemble both Front of House and Back of House menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Provide friendly guest service while accurately taking orders, handling transactions, and delivering orders efficiently
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, dishes, kitchen cleaning, and overall restaurant cleanliness
• Learn and support both Front of House and Back of House positions as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, hospitality, and Chick-fil-A operational standards
• Support the team in delivering fast, accurate, and high-quality food and guest experiences
• Work as part of a high-performing, team-oriented restaurant environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be willing to cross-train in Front of House and Back of House responsibilities
• Must be 16 years old or older
