Job summary

The LEGO Group in Glendale, CA is seeking a retail team member to support the ASM and SM in scheduling and store operations. You will supervise Sales Associates during shifts and ensure policies are followed.

You will handle stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and collaboration with the team to meet loss prevention goals. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office.

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $23.50 - $26.70 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
