Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to support store operations and drive sales. The role involves leading the team when the Store Manager is unavailable, ensuring excellent customer service, organizing product placement, and maintaining a clean store environment.

The position includes coaching staff and upselling footwear and accessories. As a Team Lead, you will help achieve sales plans, train employees, and uphold Clarks’ brand standards while delivering an engaging shopping experience

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff on policies and procedures.
• Uphold store policies and loss prevention practices.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the Store's absence.
• Deliver consistent sales performance.
• Organize merchandise and back stock for proper placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean workplace.
• Train and coach employees on store policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell products.
