Sky Zone, Clarksville, TN, is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to operate onsite across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will rotate through areas, stepping in as Manager on Duty and guiding a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and park performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, growth, and coaching, with a focus on service excellence and park operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusements, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is busiest.
• Ability to lead by example and coach teammates on service standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present.
• Coach team members and delegate across departments.
• Step into programs, cafe, front desk, and events as needed.
• Ensure guest issues and safety concerns are communicated to management.
• Drive membership sales and upsell park offerings.
