Clarks in Farmington, MO is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store leadership team. You will step in as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, drive sales, organize merchandise, and ensure a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

• Oversee receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and upsell when appropriate.

• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.
