Job Description and Position Requirements

The Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems at Penn State University Park invites applications for three part‑time teaching assistants to start August 2026. The successful candidates will assist Dr. Ferdi Eruysal for up to 20 hours per week during the academic semester.

Job Duties

• Assist with grading assignments to provide timely and accurate feedback
• Hold regular office hours to support students with questions on course content and assignments
• Support students in using software tools (e.g., RapidMiner) required for the course

Required Qualifications

• Completion of MIS 441 at Penn State or similar institution

Compensation

Starting rate for this position is $16.00 per hour.
