Job summary

RecruitFront seeks a school tech support paraprofessional to assist students and staff with digital devices and platforms. The role involves managing iPads, updating apps, and maintaining inventories while ensuring connectivity and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.

Immediate start for a ten-month position, with hours 8:00 am – 2:20 pm, Monday through Friday. Requires NYS teacher or teaching assistant certification and a preference for at least 60 college credits.

Qualifications

• Must be NYS certified as a teacher or teaching assistant.
• Preferred: minimum of 60 college credits.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to students and staff on all digital equipment and tools.
• Monitor student use of technology and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist students with digital platforms, tools, and testing.
• Manage building iPads, including installing and updating apps and iOS, and maintaining inventory system.
• Manage loaner devices, including distribution and returns and invoicing for lost or damaged equipment.
• Assist with the support, maintenance, and inventory of building technology equipment.
