Job summary

Foss Swim School in Fargo, ND is seeking a part-time Swim Teacher to mentor students and promote essential water safety skills. You’ll lead classes, foster a caring learning environment, and help families feel confident in their child’s progress.

Position offers a year-round schedule with multiple shifts, paid training, and opportunities for growth within the organization. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour with potential for raises and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Teach 1–4 students per class using hands-on instruction and the FOSS Swim Path curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment where students build confidence, skills, and lifelong water safety habits.
• Build strong relationships with students and families by celebrating progress and providing updates.

Responsibilities
