Job summary

Emler Swim School is hiring energetic swim instructors to teach children aged 6 months through 12 years. You will train with an experienced mentor and use our proven methods to build water-safety skills and confidence.

Expect set evening and weekend shifts, a supportive team, and the chance to grow your communication and leadership abilities while making memories and helping kids thrive in the pool.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with strong communication.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Water comfort and being active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus, but paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Training with an experienced mentor to learn our proven swim instruction methods
• Teaching weekly lessons and cheering on student milestones
• Creating positive, trusting relationships with students and parents
• Keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool
• Getting your steps in! This is an active, on-your-feet (and in-the-pool) role
• Teaching classes for kids of all ages, from 6 months to 12 years - every age group brings new energy!

Your Schedule:
