Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available 1–3 days per week with 3.1–5 hour shifts and weekends.
• Willing to attend May training.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8 hours.
• Able to obtain StarGuard Elite Basic Life Support certification.
• Pass Live Scan background check.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate swim lesson curriculum as provided by Premier Management Staff.
• Ensure safety of all participants in group and private lessons.
• Set up and break down lesson stations; maintain cleanliness of facilities.
• Communicate information promptly to supervisor.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct with learners and staff.
• Foster positive relationships with team and students.
