Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym is hiring a Swim Instructor to teach life-saving water safety while making learning fun for kids. You will train with an experienced mentor, lead weekly lessons, and build positive relationships with students and their families.

Set evening and weekend shifts, stay active in the pool, and grow into mentoring or leadership roles. No prior teaching experience is required—paid training is provided, and you’ll join a team dedicated to safety, fun, and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bringing positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but not required - we provide paid training!

Pay Range
