Job summary

The Swift Creek Family YMCA-(Hampton Park) is seeking part-time swim instructors to lead swim lessons for program participants at our pool. We are looking for candidates with open availability.

Applicants should be enthusiastic and energetic, with strong interpersonal skills. We require CPR, AED and First Aid certifications; additional YMCA, American Red Cross Lifeguard, or WSI certifications are preferred but not necessary.

Qualifications

• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Current YMCA, American Red Cross Lifeguard, or Swim Lesson Instructor certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead swim lessons for program participants at the pool.
• Teach swimming skills and basic water safety to groups of varying ages.
