Charlotte Swim Academy | An Emler Swim School in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time swim instructor to teach youth water safety and swimming skills in a fun, safe environment. You’ll work with a mentor, lead weekly lessons, and build trust with students and parents while helping maintain pool safety.

Training is provided; no prior teaching or swim experience is required. Set flexible evenings and weekend shifts, with opportunities to grow into more hours as you advance with our team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Training with an experienced mentor to learn our proven swim instruction methods
• Teaching weekly lessons and cheering on student milestones

• Keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool
• Getting your steps in! This is an active, on-your-feet (and in-the-pool) role
• Teaching classes for kids of all ages, from 6 months to 12 years - every age group brings new energy!

Your Schedule:

Pay Range

USD $15.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
