Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools in Texas is seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to teach life-saving water safety while keeping the experience fun for kids from 6 months to 12 years. You’ll be the heart of the classroom, leading lessons under mentor guidance and building trust with families.

This role offers paid training, set evening and weekend shifts, and opportunities to grow into leadership positions as you gain experience in a dynamic aquatic program.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus, but not required – paid training provided.

• Creating positive, trusting relationships with students and parents
• Keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool
• Getting your steps in! This is an active, on-your-feet (and in-the-pool) role

Pay Range
