Job summary

AvonRisk in Massachusetts is seeking motivated surveillance/field investigators to join our team in handling insurance claims. You will conduct fraud investigations, perform video surveillance, collect statements, skip tracing, and deliver daily reports with video documentation.

Qualifications

• Hold a current PI license; ability to obtain license in other states.
• 5+ years in investigative field preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and observational skills.
• Creative and rapid thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; Adobe experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fraud investigations including video surveillance, statements, skip tracing, witness locates.
• Document results with full reports and video evidence daily.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, sometimes overnight.
