Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Part-time Supervisor in Gonzales, LA to support store operations during scheduled shifts. This role emphasizes energy, creativity and dedication to maintaining our brand integrity while driving sales and customer experience.

The position requires at least 2 years of retail experience, with 1 year in directing others. You will coach staff, manage cash, and help open/close procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience (from Basic Qualifications).
• 1 year of experience directing the work of others.
• Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates.
• Strong customer service orientation; helpful demeanor and a passion for providing an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment and not become frustrated with last minute changes.

COMPENSATION

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $15.55 - $25.90 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. However, LS&Co pays at least the local, state or federal minimum wage, whichever is higher.
