Job summary

This role requires flexible evenings and weekend availability, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude. You’ll supervise shifts, handle POS transactions, and model the company values to inspire associates and customers.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in retail, preferably apparel or similar volume.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for customer experience and store standards.
• Ensure merchandising and operational standards are met consistently.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and act as supervisor in the Store Manager's absence.
