Deliver Merchandising & Operational Excellence • Plan and execute visual merchandising standards that reflect the Beyond Yoga brand ethos. Manage in season product assortments and maximize in-store presentation. • Use product knowledge and performance metrics to drive sell-through and inform in-the-moment adjustments. • Ensure seamless daily operations, including execution of standard operating procedures, replenishment, inventory management, and compliance with company policies • Support schedule optimization, labor productivity, store performance and P&L. • Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health & safety protocols. Key Experiences • 2-4 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or activewear. High School graduate or equivalent experience preferred • Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
