Qualifications

  • Plan towards college graduation required.
  • At least one year of experience with students in a professional setting.
  • Commitment through mid-August is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support student participation in high-quality programming under Lead Teachers and Site Director.
  • Serve as role models for students.
  • Monitor attendance and use engagement strategies to increase daily attendance.
  • Adhere to policies on attendance, dress code, and respectful interactions with students and staff.
  • Communicate with families about concerns and partner with school communities.
