Job summary

Apollo After School is seeking Substitute Teachers to support after-school programs in Mendham, New Jersey. The position starts immediately, is seasonal and follows the school calendar for 2026-2027, with compensation starting at $20 per hour depending on experience.

Hours include after-school care, typically 3:00 pm–6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. As an Apollo Teacher you will create a safe, engaging learning environment, help implement classroom activities and weekly plans, supervise students,

As an Apollo Teacher, your responsibilities will be:

• Ability to assess and solve problems associated with elementary-aged children.
• Ability to create and maintain a fun, caring, and responsive educational environment.
• Minimum of one year working with school-age youth, ages 4-10 in a school/after-school setting.
