You bring 1–2 years of retail experience, a trendy personal style, and great communication. This role supports store operations, clienteling, inventory, and daily sales goals, with a weekend/evening/holiday availability and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures.
• Achieve sales metrics and contribute to team sales.

• Stay current with trends to offer up-to-date styling in-store.
• Communicate with Store Manager on store topics.
• Participate in retail clienteling experience.
• Maintain organized inventory and back-of-house.
• Be an expert on product and fit knowledge.
• Deliver the Montce client experience with the client as priority.
