Job summary

Maurices Incorporated is seeking Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) for Store 1785-Shppes at Dawley Farm, Sioux Falls, SD. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with wardrobe building, and contribute to visual merchandising to keep the store engaging for shoppers.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through brand experiences, using POS and devices for purchases, and supporting omni-channel fulfilment.

Qualifications

At least 16 years of age.
Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
Goal/achievement oriented.
Some technical aptitude.
Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes.
Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation.
Guide customers through our brand experience to make authentic connections.
Cash Wrap/Cashier duties using store technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions.
Maintain maurices' visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
Support shipment processes and omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up.
