Job summary

CorePower Yoga is hiring a Studio Experience Team member in Portland to maintain a clean, welcoming studio and support the student experience. The role offers a discounted All Access Membership and access to CPY discounts, trainings, and EAP benefits for 6 hours of studio shifts per month.

As a SET member you’ll help keep the studio hygienic and organized, enabling a serene environment for classes. This is a part-time position with schedule-based hours across mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must commit to 6 hours per month; schedule varies by studio need.
• Work independently and efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitizers.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment like mats and props.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, and surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Keep yoga props and equipment clean and organized.
• Restock supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap).
• Take out trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry and folding towels and linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
