Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a student in agriculture or related fields for a part-time position in AgriService. You will learn all parts of the business and support farmers and ranchers in our communities while gaining hands-on experience through cross-training.

Work is aligned with company policies, and overtime, including weekends, may be required. This role supports our collaborative team and forward-thinking stewardship approach.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).
• High School Diploma or GED is helpful.

Responsibilities: In this part-time position, the employee will be asked to work throughout the AgriService learning all parts of the business. The position is designed for a student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in agriculture or related field. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.
