Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills and professional interaction with passengers.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain a D-3 license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a passenger vehicle to transport students to their destinations.
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, securing belongings, and answering questions.
• Communicate effectively with students, providing clear instructions and information.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety of passengers and other road users.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior, including regular cleaning and sanitizing.
• Take daily attendance.
