Job summary

All City Management Services is hiring multiple School Crossing Guards in West Allis to help keep children safe on their commutes to and from school. The position is part-time with shifts before and after school, typically about 1.25 hours per day, with additional bonus time for employees who work both shifts.

Pay is $18.00 per hour plus bonus time. We offer training and safety equipment, and a supportive team environment for dependable, community‑minded individuals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Candidates living near assigned school area may be best positioned for timely arrival to scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist students and pedestrians at designated crossings
• Monitor traffic flow and maintain safe crossing conditions
• Remain attentive and alert throughout assigned shifts
