Job summary

The Summit School in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking coaches for our Strength and Conditioning program for 7th, 8th and 9th grade students. The coach will oversee practices, workout development, skill development, supervision and overall program management through the season.

Fall runs August to October, winter November to February, spring February to May. Candidates must demonstrate a proven aptitude for coaching and mentoring with a strong work ethic and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach student athletes in proper form, safety, and weight room protocols.
• Organize, plan and execute strength, conditioning and fitness training plans.
• Provide practices, workout development and skill development; supervise and manage the program throughout the season.
• Maintain discipline in a positive manner and build rapport with students involved in athletic programs.
