Job summary

Centra Sota Cooperative is seeking a part-time Store Associate Warehouse team member in Buffalo, MN. The role blends customer service, merchandising, and warehouse duties, including forklift operation and propane tank filling at the Little Falls location if applicable.

Weekday and weekend shifts require flexibility. Responsibilities include helping customers, operating the POS, and maintaining sales records while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed.
• Must be willing to operate a forklift.
• Learn and use computer systems and retail technology effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Operate POS system and maintain accurate sales records
• Operate forklift - load and unload products and assist with warehouse operations
• Fill propane tanks (Little Falls ONLY)
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly
• Support opening and closing store responsibilities
• Follow safety policies and maintain compliance
