Buckle is hiring a Store Support Teammate for our Columbia Center location in Kennewick, WA. This on-site, part-time role supports daily store operations and guest service. The position emphasizes friendly guest engagement, checkout via POS, and teamwork to uphold Buckle’s shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Ability to engage guests and handle transactions at the POS.
• Comfort working in a retail environment and team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer store questions.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Process Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and policies for customers.
• Monitor security and prevent theft when needed.
• Support merchandising tasks and display upkeep with the team.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable at all times.
• Follow Buckle's Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and guest experience.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
