Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and act as supervisor in the absence of Store Manager.
