Job summary

Zurchers in Springfield, MO is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to lead a small team during evenings and Saturdays. You will provide friendly customer service, assist with balloon arrangements, bouquets, daily store operations, and coordinating merchandise displays to create an inviting shopping experience.

The role includes cash handling, opening/closing the store, stocking shelves, lifting and carrying boxes, cleaning, supervising staff, and performing daily reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes and stock shelves.
