Aéropostale in Scranton is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive, energetic team atmosphere.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexible availability, basic selling and product knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a similar volume apparel business is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs and perform store duties with fitness.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for the customer experience and team behavior.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
