Job summary

Melrose is seeking a Store Supervisor in College Station, TX to provide quality team service and maintain a clean, organized store per company standards. You will share responsibility for sales performance, staff productivity, loss prevention, merchandising and safety while on shift.

Responsibilities include organizing workflows, scheduling, training employees, and directing store activities with urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of supervisory experience in a retail environment or 6 weeks as sales/cashier.
• Promotion rules require prior supervisory experience for certain internal moves.
• Bronze & Silver Stores require 18+; Gold & Platinum Stores require 18+ and out of high school.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, ensuring quality customer service and adherence to company standards.
• Organize workflows, schedule staff, and train employees to maintain productivity.
• Support sales performance, merchandising, loss prevention, safety, and operating functions.
• Communicate clearly with team and management, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
