RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in California to support various projects and assignments. The role offers flexible schedules and a guaranteed minimum compensation with upside as proficiency increases.

Applicants should be at least 18, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a smartphone to run the pricing app, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in cool store areas may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects for the company and meet assignment criteria.
• Collect and manage work assignments via the pricing app.
• Travel to various locations to fulfill field tasks with reliable transportation.
