The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Shelby Township is seeking a motivated Retail Store Processor to sort, tag, and price donated merchandise, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.

The role offers part-time hours (24 per week) with pay between $13.73 and $15.73 per hour, and includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to build retail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise
• Help track and report production numbers
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor
• Provide friendly, helpful service to donors
• Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
