Job summary

Hoffman Beverage Company is seeking a Weekend Merchandiser for Saturdays and Sundays to help maintain attractive, stocked shelves at retail accounts. This self-paced role supports the beverage sales team and requires independent work, strong organization, and punctuality.

The position emphasizes eye-catching displays, stock rotation, and adherence to merchandising standards while offering opportunities for additional compensation during special events or additional merchandising duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid VA Driver's License – MVR must meet Hoffman Beverage standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own expenses for your vehicle (gas).
• Maintain a steady work pace with effective time management.
• Stock shelves at accounts, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Rotate products to meet freshness and quality standards.
• Prepare damaged/outdated products for pickup by field staff and return to warehouse.
• Follow company merchandising standards.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

General Summary

Are you looking for a part-time weekend role that keeps you moving and makes a visible impact? We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Weekend Merchandiser to support our beverage sales team by ensuring our products look great and are fully stocked at retail accounts. In this self-paced role, you’ll work independently to build eye-catching displays, rotate stock, and keep shelves organized – all while being part of a company that values teamwork and passion.

Education/Certification

• High School Diploma or GED.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for your own expenses associated with your vehicle, including gas.
• Maintain a satisfactory work pace with effective time management.
• Responsible for the stocking of shelves at accounts, such as grocery stores accounts on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Complywithproperproductrotationstandardsforproductfreshnessandquality.
• Prepare damaged and outdated product for pickup by F/T staff and be returned to the warehouse
• Followcompanymerchandisingstandards
• Meetcustomerserviceexpectationsthroughdailycommunication,problemresolution, and appropriate follow up.
• Maintain professional and team relationship with co-workers and customers.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

There may be opportunities for additional or higher compensation with special events, weekday &holiday merchandising, and eligibility for full-time positions!
