Job summary

Claire's is looking for a Part-Time Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver top-notch customer service in our store. You will drive sales through engaging interactions, effective merchandising, and promo execution while upholding safety and brand standards.

You will guide associates, manage inventory and POS operations, and support the Store Manager to maintain a dynamic, fashion-forward shopping environment. Prior retail leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer interaction.
• Ability to lead a small team and motivate others.
• Strong numeracy for cash handling and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering engaging customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory with accuracy.
• Conduct piercings and ensure sterile procedures are followed (training provided).
• Coach and motivate teammates to hit goals and maintain a high-energy environment.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion trends.
