Claire’s is hiring a part-time, non-exempt Sales Associate in East Wenatchee, WA. You will drive sales through exceptional customer service, maintain engaging store displays, and provide a welcoming shopping experience.

Training includes piercing procedures and aftercare guidance to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with cash handling and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct piercings and empathize with customers.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions.
• At least one year of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promotions to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Train as a piercing expert; guide customers, perform piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain sterility, address questions throughout the process.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain engaging store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and create a positive, high-energy vibe for customers and coworkers.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products; stay updated on fashion and social trends to help customers find their style and boost sales.
• Store Operations: Oversee store operations, manage inventory and cash, handle merchandising and promotions to reflect Claire's fun brand.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire's haul on social media.
