Claire’s is seeking a part-time, non-exempt sales teammate in Lake Wales, FL to deliver great customer experiences, upsell accessories, and help drive store revenue while learning piercing services.

You will maintain attractive displays, assist with inventory, operate the POS, and support the Store Manager with team energy and brand representation.

Excellent communication and a passion for fashion help you connect with customers and stay on top of trends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Completed some high school.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales game by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue through upselling.
• Join piercing training and educate customers on aftercare while maintaining a sterile environment.
• Keep store displays fresh and inviting with organized inventory and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips to create a high-energy vibe.
• Represent Claire's brand, suggest products, and stay on trend to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, manage cash transactions, and assist with visual merchandising and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire’s hauls on social media.
